WE WILL NOT POST OR PACK ANY WEAPONS.
LICENSED ITEMS MUST BE COLLECTED IN PERSON BY THE LICENCE HOLDER.
ONLY BID ON LOTS THAT REQUIRE A CERTIFICATE IF YOU HAVE THE CURRENT VALID CERTIFICATION
Condition reports can be provided. All requests for condition reports must be emailed to us, no later than 3pm Friday prior to the auction.
Written commission bids can be left, either by telephoning the office or filling in our online bid form on our website.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept any telephone bids for this auction.
Postage and packing is available on small items, please contact us for a quote on packing and postage.
Some items cannot be posted, including Shotguns, Airweapons, ammunition, knives, Weapons, glass, china and ceramics. Please contact us for advice.
Buyer`s Premium 15% + VAT
Lots purchased online with the-saleroom.com will attract an additional charge for this service in the sum of 5% of the hammer price plus VAT at the rate imposed.
Lots purchased online with through Horners Website will attract an additional charge for this service in the sum of 3% of the hammer price plus VAT at the rate imposed.
Payment via card registered on the saleroom.com site only. We do not accept payment over the telephone. We do not accept Credit Cards.
In completing the bidder registration via www.the-saleroom.com and providing your debit card details from which specific card the payment is to be made and unless alternative arrangements (other than card payments) are made with Horners Auctioneers you:
(i) authorise Horners Auctioneers, if they so wish, to charge the registered debit card in part or full payment, including all fees, for items successfully purchased in the sale, and
(ii) confirm that you are authorised to provide these debit card details through www.the-saleroom.com and agree that Horners Auctioneers are entitled to ship the goods to the specific cardholder name and cardholder address provided in fulfilment of the sale.
Please ensure funds are available on the card you register, as an administration fee will be charged if funds are unavailable. Immediate payment will be taken on the day of sale.
