This is an ONLINE ONLY auction, bidding in the room is not available. Please log onto www.the-saleroom.com on sale day to participate. Public viewing will be on Wednesday 10am - 4pm. Condition reports can be provided by photographs or videos of the items. All requests for condition reports must be emailed to us, no later than 3pm Wednesday prior to the auction Written commission bids can be left, either by telephoning the office or filling in our online bid form on our website. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any telephone bids for this auction. Postage and packing is available on some small items, please contact us for a quote on packing and postage. Certain items cannot be posted, including glass, china and ceramics. Please contact us for advice. Please note that we are unable to post or pack any weapons. Invoices over £500 will need to be settled by bank transfer. Alternatively payment can be taken on collection of the goods by debit card or cash. We do not accept payment over the telephone. We do not accept payment by cheques or credit cards. Items purchased must be collected within 2 working days of the auction. In completing the bidder registration via www.the-saleroom.com and providing your debit card details from which specific card the payment is to be made and unless alternative arrangements (other than card payments) are made with Horners Auctioneers you: (i) authorise Horners Auctioneers, if they so wish, to charge the registered debit card in part or full payment, including all fees, for items successfully purchased in the sale, and (ii) confirm that you are authorised to provide these debit card details through www.the-saleroom.com and agree that Horners Auctioneers are entitled to ship the goods to the specific cardholder name and cardholder address provided in fulfilment of the sale. Please ensure funds are available on the card you register, as an administration fee will be charged if funds are unavailable. Immediate payment will be taken on the day of sale. OVERSEAS BUYERS – PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER ONLY. We do not offer a packing and postage service to overseas buyers. No credit terms are offered. Payment required promptly following auction. We do not accept any returns on, specifically, German medals and militaria.These items are considered sold 'as seen' and should only be bought in full knowledge and acceptance of these terms. All electrical goods are sold as seen and are given no guarantee or warranty.
