Public viewing for this auction (subject to ongoing Government guidelines) will be available on the day of the sale, Monday 22nd August 9:30am until 12:45pm with the sale starting at 1pm sharp.

Private viewing will be available from Monday 8th until Friday 19th August strictly by appointment.  Please ring the office to make an appointment.

Please note: Due to the nature of the material offered many lots are in typical mixed condition and will contain stamps which have various faults or damage.  All lots are offered as scanned or photographed and bidders should satisfy themselves as to condition before the sale.  

All Government guidelines will be followed and hand sanitizer will be available.  

Buyer`s Premium 17% + VAT

Lots purchased online via Horners website will attract an additional charge of 3% of the hammer price plus VAT.

Lots purchased online via the-saleroom.com will attract an additional charge of 5% of the hammer price plus VAT.

Payment via card registered on the saleroom.com site only. We do not accept payment over the telephone.

Goods will only be mailed to cardholder's address unless payment has been received via electronic bank transfer. Overseas buyers must pay via bank transfer only.

Please ensure funds are available on the card you register, as an administration fee will be charged if funds are unavailable. Immediate payment will be taken on the day of sale.

BANK TRANSFER REQUIRED FOR PURCHASES OVER £500 

We do not accept any returns on, specifically, German medals and militaria.These items are considered sold 'as seen' and should only be bought in full knowledge and acceptance of these terms.

Shipping:
Horners undertake their own post and packing service for this auction using a signed for service via DPD next day. Buyers to arrange their own insurance.

OVERSEAS BUYERS – PAYMENT BY BANK TRANSFER ONLY.

Postage and Packing available by Horners - Please contact us for individual quotation. Buyers must ensure they are able to comply with relevant export regulations. No credit terms are offered. Payment required promptly following auction.

Buyers can also arrange collection of goods by couriers such as Mailbox, etc.

Buyers must take responsibilty for the shipping regulations in reference to weapon transportation within countries outside the UK. 

Bidding via telephone can be arranged but carries the same 5%+vat charge as bidding online.
